SET UP YOUR DESKTOP: 

We had our FTP software custom written for our clients so it would be very easy to use, but before you begin to upload files, take a moment and set up your desktop so that sending your files in the future will be both easy and secure. We suggest that you put a folder on your desktop called KesslerFTP and with each transmission to us, place a new folder within the KesslerFTP folder. Name the new folder with your name and date, ie, Smith010103. Setting up your folders in this manner will enable you to know exactly which files you have sent, and if you need to call about them, you can give us the exact name and date they were sent. After you have received an order back from us, you can remove the folder from the KesslerFTP folder, keeping you up to date on orders that are still at the lab. Our software has been written so that you must send a folder of files, not just individual files.
