Warranty:

 All of our photographic prints are covered by a LIFETIME COLOR WARRANTY. If, for any reason, our prints fade due to display under normal conditions, we will replace the prints at no charge.

Kessler Color does not copy or reproduce images which are copy protected or which are obviously professionally produced.

Billing:
30 Day Accounts are billed at the end of each month. Full payment is due ten days from the statement date. Accounts not paid by the specified time are subject to a finance charge of 2% per month (24% per year) on the unpaid balance. Accounts with a previous months balance unpaid will be suspended with all subsequent work shipped COD until the balance is paid. In the event collection becomes necessary, both finance charges and attorney's fees of 33% will be added.

VISA or MASTERCARD may be used for invoices totaling over $20. Be certain to include your card number and expiration date.

Prepaid or Cash orders are always welcome. Any overpayments will be maintained as a credit balance and applied to the next order. Any balance due must be paid on receipt of the order. Statements are not sent. sent

Shipping & Delivery:
 Incoming film and negatives may be shipped prepaid to us. Return shipping is normally accomplished by UPS, and is prepaid on orders totaling over $50. A shipping charge of $5.20 will be added to orders less than $50. Please note that UPS requires a street address for delivery. Should you desire that your order be shipped by another method, please clearly mark your lab envelope.

Limit of Liability
Submission of any unprocessed film, print, slide, negative, digital media or other material to Kessler Color for processing or any other handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damage or loss by Kessler Color, or any subsidiary or agents will only entitle you to replacement with a like film or media. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by Kessler Color is without other warranty or liability and recovery for any incidental or consequential damage is excluded.
